Okay, so I didn't know WHAT in the heck to do with ALL of our cherry tomatoes. I have eaten so many lately that I have canker sores in my mouth now. I looked online and someone said that you could dry them, so that is what I tried doing. The next time we make vegetable soup I am going to add some and see how it turns out. Hopefully good, otherwise, the nasty smell of cooking tomatoes for 3 days straight will have been for nothing. Every time Tyra would come into the kitchen should would cover her nose and say that the smell was going to make her throw up. It was pretty funny, although, at some points I actually felt the same way.
Here are some of the very first peaches that I canned. I will add a picture of all of my canned goods when I am done with them. I have other pictures of me canning, but seriously, no one wants to see any of them. Needless to say, I did NOT dress up for the occasion!!!
Today TJ created yet another bionicle. He really comes up with some really cool looking ones. He made several today, but this one was my favorite. I will post the others on his blog. A lot of you out there haven't ever even heard of bionicles before, so let me just tell you, if you have a kid who likes to build things, these are WONDERFUL! Also, there are 3 movies out about them and I really enjoyed all 3. So, did my kids. So if you haven't seen them, check them out and tell me what you think.
I bought the kids MORE playdoh today and this spider was TJ's creation. Tyra made some witches hats that were really cute but she put them away before I could take a picture. I would have taken a picture of Braxton's creation, but it really was just a blob of playdoh, so I past up the chance. Maybe next time!
